Tara received her Bachelor’s degree in English from Stony Brook University in 2012. For over seven years years, Tara has honed her writing skills in a handful of marketing roles. She was an associate content producer at Healthguru where she scripted web-based videos; she served as the content strategist and copywriter for Monarch Metal, a Long Island-based manufacturing company; and developed creative marketing copy as the Editorial Project Manager at Zoom North America. In her spare time, Tara uses her skill and passion for writing as a creative outlet. In 2017, Tara’s storytelling was featured in Lion Forge’s award-winning comics anthology, Puerto Rico Strong. And in 2018, Tara launched an independent magazine called Sweet Deluge which aims to amplify the voices of women creators.
